- Comment 1.La bonne gouvernance privilégie la participation, la recherche du consensus, l’obligation de rendre compte de ses actions, la transparence, la réactivité, l’efficacité et l’efficience, l’équité et l’inclusion, et elle respecte l’Etat de droit. Elle permet de veiller à ce que la corruption soit réduite au minimum, que les opinions des minorités soient prises en compte et que la voix des catégories de population les plus défavorisées soit entendue dans les processus décisionnels.
